Midway through the programme, a key internal stakeholder was required to step back from their role, creating a potential risk to overall project continuity. Our team took an active and embedded position within the client’s structure, providing leadership support, communication management, and day-to-day coordination to maintain progress and ensure critical decisions were made in real time.
We oversaw logistics, asset management, ethical clearance, and the reuse and reinstallation of furniture and equipment, ensuring compliance with the client’s environmental commitments and operational standards. Despite the project’s scale and evolving challenges, delivery remained on schedule and within agreed parameters.
