Brodies LLP’s large-scale office relocation involved the seamless move and clearance of over 400 staff across multiple departments. The project required detailed planning and coordination to minimise disruption and maintain business continuity throughout the transition.

Working closely with the client’s internal project team, we developed a phased relocation and clearance programme that allowed for continued operational efficiency during the move. Our team managed all aspects of logistics, on-site supervision, and asset tracking, ensuring that all items were handled, relocated, or ethically cleared in accordance with Brodies’ sustainability commitments.
We handled a large-scale filing, people and IT move ensuring that the client was able to become operational on day 1. Over a complex programme we were able to achieve zero snags, with a delighted client.
Through precise scheduling, transparent communication, and a focus on quality execution, the relocation was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
