The Anderson Strathern project involved a complex multi-level clearance of a legacy site occupied for over 20 years, delivered in parallel with the move and furniture installation at their new premises. The programme required close coordination between multiple contractors, including the construction supplier, to manage overlapping timelines and ensure a seamless transition to full operational readiness.
